Hi!
I'm Kelly Lara, a 21 year old Magazine Journlism graduate. I am desperate to get into the fashion journalism industry and recent employers have advised me that it would be beneficial to share my knowledge and "words of wisdom" through a blog... So that is what I intend to do.
I am quite boring and drink a lot of wine tea, but I adore fashion.
My family are very special to me and you will either find me at home snuggled under a blanket or out drinking nice cocktails with my friends.
I love pretty clothes and nice beauty products. I am super organised and spend my life making to do lists.
I don't always get it right with fashion, far from it, but I thoroughly enjoy exploring different trends and experimenting. (A sudden flash back just came to me of when I thought it was acceptable to once wear a denim dress with knee length pink socks, oops... Cringe!).
I have had a great insight into the fashion and beauty industry so far and the placements I have completed have made me want to achieve my dreams even more so! I have worked alongside editors at heat! magazine and assisted on spectacular photo shoots with Harrods fashion publishers.
I intend to only upload my own pictures and write from my own point of view, if necessary I will reference others appropriately.
I hope you enjoy reading my blog, I know I will enjoy writing it.
